Liz Thomas's nutrition services are NOT available to those residing in the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee, and the District of Columbia.

**Liz Thomas is currently earning supervised practice hours for the nationally recognized Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential through the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS) and the American Nutrition Association (ANA). As part of this internship, client cases are shared with supervisors for review and support. Clients will be asked for their consent to share information as part of the intake process.
